Considerando perigo de dano ao consumidor, a juíza Roberta Nasser Leone, do 6º Juizado Especial Cível da Comarca de Goiânia, deferiu pedido de antecipação de tutela e determinou que a Hurb (Hotel Urbano) agende a viagem referente ao pacote comprado por um consumidor que não teve retorno da empresa dentro do prazo determinado.
O cliente comprou o pacote para viajar a Punta Cana, na República Dominicana. Pelo procedimento da empresa, os clientes deveriam selecionar três datas para a realização da viagem. O pacote inclui passagens aéreas e hospedagem. O cliente indicou três possibilidades de embarque entre março e abril deste ano, encaixando em período de férias.
Ele recebeu e-mail confirmando a reserva e o prazo máximo para resposta, que era 28 de janeiro. O prazo expirou e o cliente não teve retorno da Hurb.
